Terms & Conditions
Orders
All cakes are made to order. An order becomes binding after we confirm it personally (by phone, WhatsApp or email). Prices shown on the site are estimates for standard options; custom decoration is quoted individually.
Lead times
Orders are accepted at least one day in advance; cakes from 2 kg — at least two days; wedding and fully custom cakes — three to four days. Same-day orders are not available.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed during order confirmation. For large and custom orders we may ask for an advance payment.
Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel an order up to 48 hours before pickup. Later changes may not be possible, as your cake may already be in progress.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. Despite careful practices, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. Allergen information is listed on each flavour card.
